Staff was super friendly, which my kids loved! The pool area was fantastic, tons of seating and even a sandy beach for the kids to play in.

It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, it’s what we needed for a break.

However, cleanliness issues were prevalent in the room, with noticeable stains and an unsatisfactory view due to spider webs. Despite staff being pleasant and offering a complimentary night for the inconvenience, it emphasized the need for renovations.

It was just a good match for a date night in Indian Wells with great value for the money. The pool area was really nice, and the bar and grill service was fantastic while we relaxed in the sun. Make sure to check out the poolside food options for a nice break from swimming.

The whole wheat bread rolls at breakfast were a delightful surprise, paired perfectly with the sun-soaked pool vibe. The rooms were cozy and beautifully upgraded, making you feel right at home! Plus, the kindness from the valet staff and Cuco at the pool was a lovely touch.

The service in the lounge area could use a little pep. Our waitress was unfriendly, and although the churro bread pudding was stellar, we were turned off by the moldy raspberries. Still, the ambiance was nice, so we didn’t let it ruin our stay.

The facilities were amazing, especially the huge pool and views of the mountains. We loved hanging out at the pool with the beach feature for the kids!

The hotel boasts beautiful grounds and friendly staff, making for an enjoyable stay, but the lack of thorough cleaning was disappointing. The room, although comfortable, showed signs of neglect. Reaching the front desk for help took longer than expected, affecting the overall experience.

Our room, a King Room Resort View, was cozy and boasted a nice view of the surroundings. The staff members were genuinely friendly and helpful. they made my stay feel special, even remembering my birthday with a couple of complimentary treats. However, the dining experience fell short. The service at Cava was disappointing. our waiter seemed inattentive and forgot to address our special occasion. We waited forever for dessert, only to find they couldn’t fulfill the simple request of adding a candle. Also, the poolside service was hit or miss. Some staff had a noticeable attitude, which took away from the relaxing vibe of the resort. Breakfast at the cafe was mediocre, with limited options running out early. Overall, the hotel has enormous potential with its warm atmosphere and amenities but needs to focus on enhancing service quality in dining areas.
